From May 14 to 17, 2025, at Hotel Vrnjačke Terme in Vrnjačka Banja, experts and scientists from both domestic and international institutions will gather at the Third International EUROSA Conference. Under the motto “Bridging Science and Practice – Protecting All,” the conference sets new standards in the field of protection.

Call for Participation and Scientific Papers
All interested participants are invited to submit up to two scientific papers. Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings in electronic format with an ISBN number.
Deadline for paper submission: May 1, 2025
Notification of acceptance: May 7, 2025
Fees and Registration
The registration fee for participation is as follows:
12,000 RSD for participants attending in person
6,000 RSD for online participation
Students are exempt from the registration fee. Payments should be made via bank transfer to the account of the European Association for Occupational Safety (Raiffeisen Bank, Account No.: 265201031001046785).
Accommodation and Additional Information
The organizers have arranged accommodation at Hotel Vrnjačke Terme with the following options:
Three nights with full board (breakfast, lunch, dinner – including a gala dinner with a drinks package and a welcome cocktail)
Special rates for a one-day stay (with breakfast)
